Al comprar esta consulta o servicio, usted, el cliente, reconoce y acepta lo siguiente:

1. Jorge Roque y la corporación registrada en Florida, EEUU: Attivare, LLC, también conocidos como AstroGuía o AstroGuia.Net, sirven al publico como astrólogo e hipnoterapeuta. AstroGuía brinda conocimientos, proyecciones y orientación basados en principios astrológicos y sessiones de hipnoterapia. El cliente entiende que la astrología no es un método científicamente probado, según las autoridades actuales en nuestra sociedad moderna, y que la información proporcionada tiene únicamente fines de entretenimiento; y ademas, la hipnoterapia no debe usarse para sustituir su tratamiento con su psiquiatra o rechazar las prescripciones indicadas por su medico. Si usted se encuentra bajo tratamiento con un medico especializado en salud mental, se requerirá de nuestra parte una prescripción de referencia de parte de su doctor para recibir los servicios de hipnoterapia.

2. El cliente reconoce que cualquier decisión o acción tomada con base en los conocimientos o proyecciones proporcionadas por AstroGuía es de su exclusiva responsabilidad. AstroGuía no será responsable de ninguna consecuencia, daño o pérdida que surja de la interpretación o implementación por parte del cliente de la información proporcionada durante la consulta.

3. El cliente entiende que la astrología está sujeta a interpretación y que AstroGuía no puede garantizar la exactitud, integridad o confiabilidad de los conocimientos o proyecciones proporcionadas. El cliente acepta utilizar su propio criterio y discreción al considerar y aplicar la información recibida.

4. El cliente acepta indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a AstroGuía, sus afiliados, empleados y agentes de cualquier reclamo, demanda o daño, incluidos los honorarios legales, que surjan de o en conexión con la consulta o el uso del cliente por parte del cliente. información proporcionada. Además, el cliente acepta ser grabado en video y audio.

5. El cliente reconoce que AstroGuía no es un terapeuta de salud mental, asesor financiero o profesional médico autorizado. El cliente acepta buscar asesoramiento profesional adecuado para cualquier asunto que requiera dicha experiencia.

6. El cliente entiende que la consulta no sustituye el asesoramiento, terapia o tratamiento médico profesional. AstroGuía alienta al cliente a tomar sus propias decisiones basadas en su criterio personal y a consultar con profesionales relevantes cuando sea necesario.

7. Reprogramación: El cliente puede reprogramar sin cargo si lo hace más de 24 horas antes de la hora programada de la cita utilizando el botón “Cambiar/Cancelar cita” en su correo electrónico de confirmación. Se aplica una tarifa de reprogramación de $25 si la reprogramación se solicita dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la hora programada de la cita. En ese caso, envíe un correo electrónico a support@AstroGuia.net para obtener un enlace de reprogramación.

8. Cancelación: Se proporcionará un reembolso completo si el cliente cancela dentro de las 72 horas a partir de programar la cita (3 días). No hay reembolsos disponibles por cancelaciones de citas programadas con certificados de regalo.

9. Retrasos: Se recomienda al cliente que notifique a AstroGuia con anticipación si anticipa retrasos; la sesión se ajustará mutuamente o se acortará en consecuencia sin garantía. Si se retrasa más de 5 minutos, se enviará un recordatorio por correo electrónico; responda o llegue dentro de los próximos 10 minutos para respetar el tiempo restante. No hay reembolsos ni opciones de reprogramación disponibles para personas que no se presenten, se deberá programar una nueva cita.

10. Tiempo Para Reembolsos: Los reembolsos se procesan manualmente y pueden tardar entre 7 y 10 días hábiles en completarse. Para las compras realizadas con criptomonedas, los reembolsos se emitirán en función del valor original en dólares de la transacción en el momento de la compra, y el cliente reconoce el riesgo asociado con la volatilidad de las criptomonedas.

11. Aceptas suscribirte a nuestra lista de correo para recibir análisis, pronósticos, actualizaciones y descuentos personalizados basados en tus citas anteriores y tu fecha de nacimiento. ¡Prometo no enviarte correo basura! Puedes darte de baja cuando quieras.

By purchasing this consultation or service, you, the client, acknowledge and agree to the following: 

1. Jorge Roque and the corporation registered in Florida, USA: Attivare, LLC, also known as AstroGuía or AstroGuia.Net, serve the public as astrologers and hypnotherapists. AstroGuia provides knowledge, projections, and guidance based on astrological principles, as well as hypnotherapy sessions. The client understands that astrology is not a scientifically proven method according to current authorities in our modern society, and that the information provided is for entertainment purposes only; and furthermore, hypnotherapy should not be used to replace treatment with your psychiatrist or to refuse prescriptions indicated by your physician. If you are under treatment with a physician specializing in mental health, a referral prescription from your doctor will be required on our part to receive hypnotherapy services. 

2. The client acknowledges that any decision or action taken based on the knowledge or projections provided by AstroGuia is his or her sole responsibility. AstroGuía will not be liable for any consequences, damages, or losses arising from the client’s interpretation or implementation of the information provided during the consultation. 

3. The client understands that astrology is subject to interpretation and that AstroGuía cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the knowledge or projections provided. The client agrees to use his or her own judgment and discretion in considering and applying the information received. 

4. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AstroGuía, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or damages, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the consultation or the client’s use of the information provided. In addition, the client agrees to be video and audio recorded.

5. The client acknowledges that AstroGuía is not a licensed mental health therapist, financial advisor, or medical professional. The client agrees to seek appropriate professional advice for any matter requiring such expertise. 

6. The client understands that the consultation is not a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, or treatment. AstroGuía encourages the client to make their own decisions based on their personal judgment and to consult with relevant professionals when necessary.

7. Rescheduling: The client may reschedule free of charge if they do so more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time using the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in their confirmation email. A $25 rescheduling fee applies if the rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. In that case, please email support@AstroGuia.net for a rescheduling link.

8. Cancellation: A full refund will be provided if the client cancels within 72 hours (3 days) after booking the appointment. No refunds are available for cancellations of appointments scheduled with gift certificates.

9. Delays: The client is advised to notify AstroGuía in advance if they anticipate delays; The session will be mutually adjusted or shortened accordingly with no guarantee. If you are more than 5 minutes late, an email reminder will be sent; please respond or arrive within the next 10 minutes to honor the remaining time. No refunds or rescheduling options are available for no-shows; a new appointment must be scheduled.

10. Refunds Timings: Refunds are processed manually and may take 7-10 business days to complete. For purchases made with cryptocurrency, refunds will be issued based on the original dollar value of the transaction at the time of purchase, and the customer acknowledges the risk associated with cryptocurrency volatility.
